Seven-day trial · 25 reads · No credit card required
For business owners preparing a monthly document handoff to their bookkeeper or records reviewer.
Your setup
Start with one document.
01
Resolve open document decisions
Check review, duplicate and partially applied records before finalizing the monthly set.
02
Compare folders with recorded entries
Inspect the chosen periods, document links, credits and foreign-payment evidence, and check for missing files.
03
Prepare access for the reviewer
Share the chosen existing folders and sheet yourself, with a clear agreement about edits and processing.
In practice
Know what happens to your files.
Check the queue before calling the month complete.
Review files still waiting for a rule, verified date, confirmed payment amount or duplicate decision. Inspect partially applied items as well as obvious review warnings. A file in a monthly folder can still have a spreadsheet write awaiting recovery.
Compare the collected source documents with your own purchase records. PaperAgent organizes files you provide; it cannot know that a receipt is missing if it never entered the source. Resolve gaps before presenting a monthly total as complete.
Make the folder and spreadsheet periods agree.
Check that the selected date policy puts each file into the intended month and that the corresponding input mapping exists. Use ledger detail to explain original currencies, recorded payment amounts and document links.
Supporting statements and certificates can live in archive-only folders without creating extra transaction amounts. Keep credit notes as distinct documents and explain any corrections your reviewer needs to inspect.
Share deliberately through your existing tools.
PaperAgent does not send an automatic accountant handoff or grant another person access. Decide which folders and workbook your reviewer needs, then manage sharing through Google Drive and Sheets using your normal account controls.
Agree on who can edit automation-owned inputs and when processing should be paused. The organized output is supporting material for review, not proof that accounting, reconciliation or filing obligations have been completed.
Questions before you start
Will PaperAgent email my bookkeeper?
No. You manage the handoff and sharing through your existing tools. PaperAgent prepares file organization and configured spreadsheet records.
Does a filed document mean its spreadsheet entry is complete?
Not always. A move and a financial write are separate operations. Check processing status and resolve partially applied documents.
Can it detect receipts I never supplied?
No. Compare the available documents against your own purchase records to identify missing evidence.
Preview your own document workflow.
Choose one source folder. Check the proposed destination and recording choices before enabling daily processing.
