Do I need an InvoiceAgent subscription?

You can subscribe to PaperAgent on its own. InvoiceAgent Pro includes unlimited PaperAgent reads. Both products use the same account.

Will files move before I have checked the setup?

Preview your saved settings before enabling processing. Uncertain files wait for your review. Enabled workflows run daily at midnight UTC, and you can pause them at any time.

Does PaperAgent learn from reviews?

When you approve and remember a decision, PaperAgent reuses its category, destination, date basis and amount type for matching merchants, document types and currencies. Each file keeps its own amounts and dates. You can forget a remembered decision.

What counts toward the allowance?

An AI document reading attempt uses one read, including failed attempts. Reusing an extracted result or correcting fields manually does not use another read. Standalone allowances reset on the first of each calendar month at midnight UTC and do not roll over. Standalone automatic reading stops when the allowance is used; there are no automatic overage charges. InvoiceAgent Pro includes unlimited reads.

Can I use my existing Google Sheet and currency?

Choose an existing Google Sheet or create one during setup. Configure the destination folders, spreadsheet layout and recording currency. Documents in another currency need a confirmed payment amount in the recording currency before that amount can be recorded.
