    Use your existing sign-in and connect the Google account that holds your financial documents.

    Separate incoming files from outgoing copies

    Select a dedicated source folder and a destination outside it. Keep the outgoing invoice archive outside the watched source.

    Choose your Google Sheet and categories, then verify a sample move and amount before enabling daily processing.

In practice

Know what happens to your files.

Two workflows that serve different jobs.

InvoiceAgent creates client invoices, schedules delivery and follows up on overdue payments. PaperAgent reads incoming receipts, supplier invoices and credit notes, proposes folders and records selected amounts. Both services are available through the same account, with separate workspace controls.

A document recorded by PaperAgent does not automatically mark an InvoiceAgent client invoice as paid. Keep client payment tracking in InvoiceAgent and review incoming financial evidence in PaperAgent. Sharing an account does not merge these records into an accounting ledger.

Use unlimited reads already included in Pro.

Active paid InvoiceAgent Pro monthly and annual subscriptions include unlimited PaperAgent reads. Open PaperAgent from the header and configure your workflow without buying a second subscription. Your workspace shows how many reads you have used this month.

Pro document reads have no monthly cap while your paid plan remains active. Reading attempts, including failed attempts, are tracked for usage visibility. Reusing extracted results or correcting fields manually does not require another AI read.

Keep your archive and source folder deliberate.

InvoiceAgent's Google Drive integration can archive eligible outgoing invoice PDFs. PaperAgent watches a source folder you choose for incoming documents. Use distinct folders so outgoing copies do not accidentally enter an incoming-document workflow.

Configure merchant matches, categories, date and amount choices, and Google Sheet mappings before enabling processing. Preview the results first. Daily processing starts at midnight UTC, with unclear files waiting in the review queue.

Do Pro subscribers need a second PaperAgent subscription?

No. Active paid InvoiceAgent Pro monthly and annual plans include PaperAgent access and unlimited reads.

Does PaperAgent update client payment status?

No. PaperAgent sorts financial documents and writes configured amounts to Google Sheets. InvoiceAgent client payment status is managed separately.

What if I only need document automation?

PaperAgent is also available as a standalone subscription. You can use it without paying for InvoiceAgent Pro.
