Keep your existing tools. Give your files a routine.

If you already create invoices elsewhere, paying for another invoicing product may not solve your filing problem. PaperAgent works on financial documents placed in a source folder in Google Drive. You choose the destination structure, categories and Google Sheet that fit your business.

Receipts, supplier invoices and credit notes can be routed and recorded using your settings. Statements, certificates and other archive-only documents can be filed without adding financial amounts. PaperAgent does not extract a transaction list from a bank statement.

A separate subscription, a shared account.

PaperAgent and InvoiceAgent use the same sign-in and Google connection. A standalone PaperAgent subscription provides access to the document workspace; it does not add InvoiceAgent Pro invoicing features. You can keep using your existing invoicing software alongside it.

If you already pay for InvoiceAgent Pro, PaperAgent access is included with unlimited reads. You do not need to buy a second PaperAgent subscription. Canceling standalone PaperAgent is managed separately from InvoiceAgent billing.

Start with a preview before enabling daily processing.

Try one representative document first. Save your connections, sorting rules and recording layout, then inspect a preview of the proposed folder and amount. Unclear dates, totals, currencies and possible duplicates wait for review.

Enabled workflows run once a day at midnight UTC. You can pause processing, review exceptions and remember suitable decisions. Standalone paid reads reset by UTC calendar month; failed AI reading attempts also count, and processing stops at the allowance without automatic overage charges. InvoiceAgent Pro includes unlimited reads.

Each AI reading attempt counts, including failed attempts. Standalone allowances reset at midnight UTC on the first of the month, with no rollover or automatic overage charges. InvoiceAgent Pro includes unlimited reads. Taxes and currency conversion appear at checkout.

Questions before you start

Can I use PaperAgent without paying for InvoiceAgent?

Yes. A standalone PaperAgent subscription provides document automation without a paid InvoiceAgent subscription. Both services use the same account.

Does standalone PaperAgent include automated invoicing?

No. Standalone access covers the PaperAgent document workflow. Invoice scheduling and automated payment reminders belong to InvoiceAgent's invoicing plans.

How do I switch from standalone PaperAgent to InvoiceAgent Pro?

Schedule cancellation of the standalone subscription and switch to InvoiceAgent Pro after its paid period ends. Pro includes PaperAgent access. Immediate prorated switching is not available.
