An amount-in-words review sheet checks a wording draft against the final numeric amount. It does not calculate the invoice price or decide which fields a valid invoice needs. Keep the number and explicit currency code authoritative in this review, then compare the requested wording style with them.
The worksheet separates whole units and minor units, records the language and style, and preserves the exact draft reviewed. Dollar names need a clear currency identity; a phrase containing dollars alone can be ambiguous. The companion converter supports six currencies with two minor-unit decimals and produces English wording only.
The fictional review compares USD 1,234.56 with one thousand two hundred thirty-four US dollars and fifty-six cents. A fraction style uses 56/100. The reviewer checks both against the approved invoice total and selects the recipient's required format without changing the charge.

How to complete the template
Fix the approved numeric amount
Record invoice ID, total and currency code from the reviewed document. Resolve quantity, discount and tax questions before drafting a phrase.
Compare the two components
Check whole units, minor units, currency name and zero-decimal wording. Identify language and style expectations rather than assuming one format fits every document.
Review the final placement
Read the phrase alongside the numeric total in the actual document. Record the selected wording and reviewer evidence, preserving any mismatch for correction before release.

Avoid this
Using an ambiguous currency name
US, Australian and Canadian dollar amounts need an explicit identity. Keep the code beside the phrase.
Avoid this
Treating a phrase as legal validation
The converter does not establish document requirements or cheque acceptance. Confirm the required format separately.
