A client billing mix review sheet makes the denominator reproducible. It records which issued billing records form the portfolio, how clients are grouped and which period and amount basis apply. Without those definitions, a rising client share may simply reflect changed filters rather than changed billing activity.
Record three selected client amounts and reconcile their combined amount plus the unlisted remainder to the complete portfolio. Mark whether they were chosen for a particular review question or established as the largest clients through a separate full ranking. The companion tool does not infer ranking, cash receipt, profit or risk from the selected shares.
The fictional portfolio subtotal is USD 100,000, including USD 40,000, USD 25,000 and USD 10,000 for three distinct clients. These entries total 75% and leave USD 25,000 unlisted. An earlier snapshot should be compared only after matching period, currency, credit treatment and client-group definitions.

How to complete the template
Define the portfolio population
Specify period boundaries, billing event, currency, tax basis, client grouping and treatment of credits or corrections. Retain the source report and reconciled denominator.
Record selected client shares
Identify distinct selected clients and their source subtotals. Calculate each share, combined amount and unlisted remainder; record how the clients were selected.
Review a comparable prior snapshot
Check definition changes before interpreting movement. Record evidence-backed questions and actions without assigning unsupported risk thresholds.

Avoid this
Using only selected clients as the portfolio total
That denominator forces their combined share to 100%. Use the complete population defined for the review.
Avoid this
Mixing billed amounts and cash received
They describe different events and timing. Choose and label one consistent basis rather than combining them.

Questions people usually have before changing the workflow.
Does a 40% share mean the client is risky?
This worksheet reports a defined billing share. Risk assessment needs separate context and evidence; no threshold is recommended here.
Can I combine currencies?
Use one consistent reviewed currency basis with conversion policy and evidence where required. Do not add unlike nominal amounts.
How should negative net-client amounts be handled?
Document and reconcile the actual credit treatment. Negative net-client inputs are outside the companion non-negative model.
