A recurring fee change notice makes a proposed price change reviewable. It differs from a renewal reminder: it identifies the old and proposed fees, the period each covers, any scope change and the requested decision. Sending the notice does not establish acceptance.
Compare equivalent full periods on one currency and tax basis. State the proposed first service interval affected, how an open or already-issued invoice is treated, and whether any partial-period method requires separate agreement. Record the approval state before handing new values to the invoice owner.
The fictional notice proposes USD 1,100 instead of USD 1,000 per equivalent month for the same stated support scope, starting November 1. The change is USD 100 or 10%. A twelve-period comparison differs by USD 1,200, but it is a fee illustration rather than a cash forecast.

How to complete the template
Define the proposal
Identify the agreement, same or revised service scope, current fee and proposed fee. Use matching currency, tax basis and period length so the comparison has meaning.
Specify effective coverage and decision
Name the proposed first full service period and authorized client decision requested. Document separate partial-period treatment, if any, and the status of existing invoices.
Hand over only the approved change
Preserve the client's actual response and the final scope/fee/date references. Check the future draft and schedule against those approved values, then record the release review.

Avoid this
Assuming notice equals acceptance
Follow the agreement's change process and record the authorized decision. A scheduled send date is not approval.
Avoid this
Comparing unlike periods
A monthly fee and a quarterly fee cannot be compared directly as if they cover the same quantity. Normalize the agreed basis before using the checker.

Questions people usually have before changing the workflow.
Does this determine required notice time?
No. Use the notice and change process in your agreement and confirm applicable requirements separately.
Can the fee decrease?
Yes. Show the signed change and any scope impact just as clearly as for an increase.
Can an existing invoice be edited automatically?
No. Review issued documents under the correction process; the proposed future fee does not authorize overwriting them.
