Free Invoice Follow Up Queue Capacity Calculator

Map a manual review queue onto one time budget. Cases are review tasks, not messages sent, and the tool does not decide which customers deserve priority or take collection action.

Calculation notes

How the result is calculated

Allocate whole priority reviews first: min(priority cases, floor(available / priority minutes)). Use remaining minutes for whole routine reviews up to the remaining routine count. Modeled workload = priority count × priority minutes + routine count × routine minutes. Show planned reviews, used and unused minutes, remaining cases and workload beyond the entered budget. Estimates assume equal times within each class and no switching overhead. No automatic messages, risk scoring, collection decision or actual completion is provided.

Priority reviews consume the first capacity

60 cases including 15 designated priority reviews at six minutes, with routine reviews at four minutes and a 120-minute budget, permits all 15 priority and seven routine reviews. Used time 118 minutes; 38 routine cases remain.

A budget smaller than one review

With three available minutes and no priority cases, a four-minute routine estimate permits zero whole reviews. The unused minutes do not mean a review was completed.

Does this choose the priority customers?

Will the planned number definitely be completed?
