A follow up review capacity worksheet plans review tasks within a time budget. It differs from a reminder sequence, which describes message timing, and from a chase-cost estimate, which values effort. A planned review is not a sent message, a completed decision or evidence of payment.
Record distinct case count, the already-designated priority subset and active minutes per class. The companion method allocates whole priority reviews first and then uses residual minutes for whole routine reviews. Residual time can fit routine work even when another priority review would not fit; verify that this convention matches your intended session policy.
The fictional queue contains 60 cases including 15 priority reviews at six minutes and 45 routine reviews at four minutes. A 120-minute session plans all 15 priority and seven routine reviews, using 118 minutes. The remaining 38 routine cases need another plan and owner; actual findings can change completion.

How to complete the template
Define the queue and priority evidence
Count each actual review case once and retain the authorized priority designation. Separate review tasks from queued messages or invoice balances.
Record the budget and assumptions
Enter available active minutes and estimated minutes per class. State allocation order, handling of residual time and omitted switching or interruption overhead.
Compare plan and actual session
Record planned reviews, used minutes and remaining cases. After work, record actual completed reviews, findings and authorized next actions separately.

Avoid this
Counting a planned review as a customer message
The reviewer may need evidence or approval before communicating. Keep actual review and actual sending records distinct.
Avoid this
Assigning priority from the arithmetic
The tool takes a designation as input. It does not evaluate customers or select collection actions.
Move from reading about the workflow to running it.

Questions people usually have before changing the workflow.
Does a partial time allocation complete a case?
No. The companion plan counts whole reviews only; actual completion still needs evidence.
Can priorities take different times?
The model uses one estimate per class. Split unlike cases into reviewed scenarios or plan them individually.
Does unused time mean staff were idle?
No. It means the entered whole-case model did not allocate those minutes. Actual activity requires separate records.
